Moving Day. Parent and student volunteers needed to help get us up and
running on 2 days-
Fri Aug 22 and Tues Aug 26 from 9:30
AM – 4 PM. If you can help please email us to RSVP.
Co-Director Annie Johnston writes…
CPA needs your help with moving and setting up tables, computers, books, etc.
We hope to do most of the moving on Fri Aug 22 from 9:30 AM – 4 PM, but unfortunately we don't know if BHS will have finished all the construction and cleaning that needs to happen before we can do our moving and set up.
If the cleaning isn't done by Friday we will postpone the major moving until Tues Aug 26. If we have gotten the moving done on Friday then people who sign up to help on Tuesday can help teachers set up their classrooms. There will be plenty of work to do, given the construction and the number of new classrooms.
Parents and students who want to volunteer can email me to say when they will be available and can come to H201 for instructions on the 22nd and/or 26th. We really appreciate your help!
