On June 5th 2008, we had the CP Academy Class of 2008 Celebration in the Longfellow Middle School Auditorium. It was a fine expression of grace and exuberance with about 250 students, parents and family, teachers and friends in attendance. Dinner was served before the actual celebration program. The preparation of the celebration was a fine example of the cooperation between staff and students with respect to planning. The whole affair lasted about three hours with many a teary eye by program's end. It was truly a moving event - like a rite of passage ceremony. Thanks to those staff, students and parents who worked behind the scenes to make it all happen. We all offer much love and respect to the CP Academy Class of 2008.
